Added to the D.C. Government Motorcycle section of our Government-Owned types page an image of a plate with an embossed registration number, a style not previously seen, from a photograph by Elvert Barnes brought to our attention by Bradley Gallagher; replaced our existing image of the new style D.C. Water and Sewer Authority plate with a better quality image of another example of the new plate provided by Johnny Miles.

Government plates, and made minor changes on the same subject to the D.C. Government Motorcycle and Fire Dept. plates sections.
